In the sultry heart of Jackson, Mississippi in 2019, we started as a humble dream, crafting gourmet popsicles that whispered stories of flavor. We began our journey known as Prose Pops, a purveyor of gourmet popsicles in the heart of the south. Each popsicle was a work of art, a prose of flavors that delighted the senses. 

As time went on, we found ourselves on a path of transformation. It wasn't a new flavor combination that drove us, but a deeper desire to embrace our inner rebels, and a vision that small acts of rebellion for greater good can make a big impact on the world. 

We had always been the pioneers of wild flavor combinations, offering our customers taste experiences that were as unique as they were delightful. But we wanted more than just culinary innovation; we craved a brand identity that matched our daring spirit and a way to give back to the communities around us. That identity is the “Bandit”, a desperado with an outlaw spirit willing to take risks and be rebellious in all the right ways.
